I think support docs EAD adjudicator look at..
1. Copy of confirmation receipt of your EAD (if you have e-filed)
2. Copy of I-485 receipt (to confirm you are AOS)
3. If its "Renewel" then previous EAD's "Stub/cutout"
4. Copy of I-94 (to verify/check - Port of entry/Date)
5. Copy of passport (to confirm bio info)
6. Copy of Drivers lisence (to verify address)
7. and lastly, whether you have done Biometric or FP for applied EAD

I am waiting for my EAD as well, hope to get it before Christmas.

I e-filed my EAD, RD Oct 19, did Bio 2 on Nov 14 (with No Change in LUD).. Anybody have EAD approval around RD Oct 19?

my EAD is set to expire next week on the 20th, filed my 3rd renewal at NSC with RD: 10/24... nail biting wait ... have an app at the local office on the 18th, hope I get it before that.

Don't want to be too harsh but I don't think you will get it before that. NSC is taking min 60 - 65 days. I was also waiting for EAD like you. Sorry I have nothing against you but this is just from my exp.
 
Are NSC guys are going to process our EADs on this Sat/Sunday?

It seems that last Sat/Sunday NSC guys worked to process EADs. How about this Sat/Sunday? Are NSC guys are going to process our EADs on this Saturday/ Sunday?

After last weeks processing of EADs upto/around Oct 6, it seems that there are NO EAD approval....!! God Bless us...!!
 
Wow! Although I'm happy for her EAD approval, because you said it's her 5th EAD, does it also mean that she has been waiting for the 485 for 5 years???

I hear what you are saying. Do you think it is better for me to not go and ask for the Interim EAD ? It is 52 days as of today, and will be 55 days on the 18th when I go for my appt..
 
Its my 4th EAD, I am waiting for I-485 approval for more 3 years & going on 4th year.

Yes..its my 4th EAD, my I-485 approval is pending for more than 3 years and already completed 3 months on my 4th year...If I am correct, I think sunidan (& his spouse) might also completed their 4 years on I-485 (pending) & going for 5th year...5th EAD..

I am from retrogressed country & looking at PD movement....Long way to go...dont know when THEY are going to end it..!!

hello guys,

we crossed 90 days for our EAD filings, Made an infopass appointment, what would i expect from them. we are first time filers... Any one had similar experience pls let us know. Thank you in advance.

I am feeling lucky that I am with you...

If you have passed 90 days & have info pass apointment, then I am with good intention saying that Local office will tell you that "We stopped issuing interim EAD..etc.." but I read on this forum that they will expedite your request & may issue "Temp" EAD..dont know for how many days/months...

I think you should be polite (& bit aggressive) to tell them tha they should issue Interim EAD!

I/We are waiting for your feedback after your appointment with local service center..your inputs will give some idea, what to speak and not to speak in a situation like this..

sure, what a great day!!!!! well nothing really happened. I was not expecting anyting major either. The Immigration office(IC) confirmed what I had read that local offices are not allowed to issue Interim EAD's anymore.

The IC said to post my letter from the employer to the service center ASAP and ask them to expedite my EAD.

So anyone with an expired EAD waiting for renewal send a letter to your service center ASAP, that's the only thing you can do at this point and sit and wait.........

I read another thread in this portal about renewal's EAD, according to this gentleman one can work as long as your 485 is in a pending status and you have applied for your renewal. Apparently his attorney confirmed this in AILA meeting, don't ask me what the meeting is about. I have asked the person to post more details.

This is my third EAD, the lady also mentioned something about my 485 having completed the review and namecheck, and it is all dependent on the visa quota. Anyone know the status for EB3 - India with priority date 09/02 ?

I e-filed my EAD myself and not thru Employer (attorney). So, whether I have to ask my employer to send expedite request or "I myself" can request for expedite request?

Also, the gentelman who says "one can work as long as your 485 is in a pending status and you have applied for your renewal", then I dont see any point to mention validity period on EAD card by USCIS.

When I asked my lawyer whether I can work "if I have applied for EAD & still its NOT approved"? My lawyer said "Not to work" till my EAD is approved.

Also, EAD says.."Authorized to work..Sep 200x thru Sep 200y.

EAD Expedite

Guys i was in similar situation as you guys i spoke to customer service at nebraska and the rep told me to send a fax expedite request to
402-219-6344(thats the only fax which you need to send expedite request)
i did last week and mine got approved yesterday, you got to wait for atleast 4 days before you see any update on your case, my card expired on 12/18 and i send expedite request on 12/12. I am not sure if my request worked or if they processed my case anyway, But one thing the customer service rep told me was that if they didnt consider the request they send a letter back saying our request is not considered, if you dont get a letter consider it as considered.

Are you sure about the fax number? they gave me a diff one 402-219-6171.And what is RD and ND??????????
