Mohammed Ata, was in Germany with student visa, also in Germany, he paid a man that thought him how to operate small plane. He later obtained a multiple visitor visa to the US. Don't know why you have to lie. He did not come to the US via Dv lottery. Stop your lies. The information on the net, do some research and stop fueling people with lies.

Perhaps the process was speeded up due to their mistake but I doubt people who shouldn't have received a GC would have given it just for that reason.
I do know that Mohammed Ata (9/11) or one of the others came to the USA on a DV GC and that is why many Americans are so against it. They had false papers and due to that the process has become more strict...and it will even more, or cancelled if it is going to annoy the US department...Right now it is a money making business. So many sent in their paperwork and money and never get approved....That means even more money...basically it is all about money.
Because he changed his identity, thats why the US introduced visa finger print. Follow the link below, don't mind that lier, he never come to the US via dv lottery.

Btw Mohammed Ata had flying lessons in Florida from a Dutch born business owner where they signed up for lessons...perhaps also in Germany, not sure if that is true or not but for sure he and the other person had their lessons in the USA.
IMO the few that committed any horrific crimes and came here on a DV GC are very low in percentage so don't blame me the messenger but the ones who committed the crimes....on the other hand the percentage of American born criminals is way higher so to me it is not even fair thing to eliminate the DV lottery due to them....but that is what some people in have brought up in their amendments or in interviews on tv.
If you read my posts than you should be able to understand that I hope the lottery will stay and stop letting illegals into the Country instead of honest people coming through the front door!
Maju,ATTA got to US thru visitin visa while the wife winnin the GC which still covers both of them to get to the US thats why people re sayin he got to the US thru GC. And jayo2k dnt blame the US embassy for grantin him visa cos i believe every documents he must have submitted was a geniune documents so there was no reason they would have denied him the visa.USAndream and co all this issue of agree or disagree to i strongly beileve that what DOS did was the right period.

If the 'illegitimate winners' exhort their way into re-instatement, i can't wait for the 13 million or so that weren't selected via a FAIR and RANDOM process assured to them by US Law to start their court proceedings; at least they have fairness and justice on their side!

well, last time i checked, a contract is simply defined as a written aggrement btw an offeree (DOS) and offeror (selectee).....bla,bla,bla... figure out the other part.
i dont play the lottery cos i have a diplomatic passport already but i know how it feels when someone steals peoples hope, if the winners make their way to reinstatement, it is worth it cos they have confirmation letters to show for it, but if you really dont have one and you really want to go ahead and sue DOS.....i wish you all the best,

what's that rumor about? You might have seen that on that facebook page about someone saying that good news on june 17... but I higly doubt it... this is just rumors,nothing will happen until july 15... well at least it is what i do believe
