i wont say that. American justice system works for them. If you think a decision is unfair, court is where to settle it. Few US congressmen is filling a lawsuit agaisnt the President Obama over the bombing of libya. So in the US, you can always go to court for solution or unfair decision. If the President can be sued by his own congress, who is DOS?

Yes i saw that, I created a thread for this topic... But we do not know if it is good or bad.. can be good news, can be bad news... even very bad news... but keep in mind that 22k winners is a potential of 17 600 000 $ for the KCC if all of them (which is unlickly) get the visa so pay the 800$ fees...

i think is a total of $840.00 yea, can be good or bad news or at the middle. Maybe update about the lawsuit or a deal from OIG. Who knows, will see by sunday.

the real bad news I can see happening is the confirmation of the void results... but nothing more, i can't see them canceling the whole DV program... bring too much money & need to pay for the ones who worked for the 2012 edition... keep in mind this is america & when something bring money, they do it... it they realy wanted to cancel the lottery, they would have done so after 9/11 but they didn't... so i do not think that it can be a very bad news...

Nope, don't think they wanna cancell the dv lottery at this moment. can only be canceled with a new bill and such bill must be voted for by the congress and signed by the president.
