DV 2024 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Process Only

Mine stuck on CPO since last Thursday, while per this year and last year timelines it change to "Case Approved" usually next day. Regardless of what the online status says, you’ll know soon enough for certain when the GC shows up in your mailbox, or a denial notice in the case of if the CPO update was done in error.

Congrats to everyone approved. I have been waiting for file from KCC. Has anyone heard any news? Or waiting for the KCC file too? I went back to FO today and they requested the KCC file on Friday with no luck. Supervisor at my FO said they are trying to do everything they can do get it done by end of the day but it’s 12:30pm on the west coast, loosing all hope at this point. And it is impossible to get ahold of KCC, tried calling all day, anyone knows how to reach them?

Congratulations on the approval.

Regarding your question, I think you’ll just have to wait and see.

While I understand the anxiety folks are dealing with, especially at this point, the truth is I’m tired of answering the same set of questions over and over again because most folks are coming here focused on asking their own questions without bothering to read what is already on the thread, (especially about information that is also already available on the AOS spreadsheets).

Regarding the case status, I have called USCIS about this. My status is “New Card Being Produced.” Based on what they have told me, it varies by the FO as the agent explained that the case hasn’t been filled electronically.
She had told me that my approval letter had been sent to me on Friday the 27th, my case had been saying : “New Card Being Produced” since the 26th. So I believe you are okay. You call them and ask them to speak with an agent if that will make you feel better.
 
I visited the USCIS Field Office this morning and asked to meet with my officer, but I was informed that she was working from home today. After insisting, I was able to meet with another officer. He checked my status and informed me that an expedite request for my background check was made on September 24th, but no response has been received yet.
I’m unsure why the expedite request was submitted so late, especially when it could have been made on my interview date or even earlier.

At this stage, it seems that it is over for me, and I am feeling incredibly frustrated. I didn’t have a very high case number, and I filed in May, but I still haven’t had a chance to move forward.

Overall, I want to extend my gratitude to my mom and other members of the forum for their support throughout this process.
 
Is anybody facing the option of card was mailed, but tracking number unavailable, i even called USCIS, and they said my tracking number is unavailable, should i be worried?

You shouldn’t, I had the same information. If you signed up for “informed delivery” service you’ll get an email soon with the package information and delivery date.
Or you could try to ask Emma for your tracking number.

Thanks so much, card was mailed to me on the 27, that is Friday, when do you think i should be expecting it, my mail box is not qualified for informed delivery, and have asked Emma, Emma too cant provide the number

Depends on what is your location and where is this sent from.
For me it took only two days
