Hi
@Sm1smom , I've already asked about my case before (it's in the timeline spreadsheet), I've done my biometry on May 9th and haven't heard back ever since and no status change. I've tried contacting USCIS after that, the information I was able to get from them is that the case was reviewed by an officer on June 6th (they said the officer didn't leave any notes) and then I've asked them what the processing times are for my case and they've told me my case is outside of normal processing time and they've submitted a request for information to the field office, but it's going to take up to 30 days for them to respond.
I know you've said before that some field offices prefer to schedule interviews later in the year and mine might be one of those, but I see that some people in my office got interviews earlier last year (like in a month or less after bio) and I am starting to get worried since the time is getting tight. Do you think it's a good idea to submit a request for congressional inquiry now?
