Hello,
I’m not sure if this is known but I was wondering what the average wait time is between bio appointment and interview appointment notice for Oklahoma City FO? I looked at the spreadsheet and one person waited over a month for the notice but the previous years the wait time was shorter.
I’m trying to determine when the right would be to inquire about my case. It’s still relatively early to do so right now but I think it would help to know. Thank you!

Hi Julia, thank you!! on MyUSCIS the case has still fingerprints were taken, the interview notice was just sent my mail.

So when contacting the congressman, what do people usually tell them in order for them to help ?
I am full of stress and sorry for asking too much question. I sent money orders to KCC more than 50 days ego still no letter receive from them.
Can I file the AOS package without 2NL?
Could I add the photo I taken from money orders and written payment fee inside of my AOS package?

You request their assistance with following up on your case with USCIS. Explain the fact that you're a DV selectee and your selection is time limited. Provide information on when you filed and how long you've been waiting for an interview notification or something like that. It is really a matter of using one's initiative, there's no template on what to say.

1. Take a look at the FAQ section of the ASO Process Spreadsheet.
2. You are required to include your DS2019 with your AOS package, regardless of when it expires, if you're on J1/J2.

You're stressed because you're overthinking things. Please take a look at the FAQ tab of the AOS Process Spreadsheet. I'm also stressed with having to answer the same set of questions over and over considering they have already been addressed on the AOS Process Spreadsheet.
I believe the username was okie. I don’t see it on the spreadsheet anymore.

Have you contacted KCC asking about your receipt status? Did you send the payment in a stamped, self-addressed envelope?

Yeah, you're right. I remember seeing that on the spreadsheet not too long ago. If we had that information, it would have been easy to compare your progress to it, as against trying to determine when is a good time to initiate a case follow-up.

What happened to your information on the Timeline spreadsheet? Did you decide to delete it once you got your IL?
Yes I did all this. I emailed KCC and some one answered me you have to file ds260, I think she did not understand my case. I explained her still no reply from them.

Thank you, I mean having DS2019 with short expiration date less than the 1st date of June the month which my case number current will cause any problem?
Will I be able to extend my DS2019 after filing i485?

1. Again, it is not a case of if it will cause any issue or not. You're required to include the form, so include it. I mean, will you decide to not include it if I state it will create an issue? Just follow the instructions and stop overthinking the process.

For sure I will put it, but I want to make pressure on the organization I got ds2019 to extend it for me before filing 485 if possible. I was only worried if they wont accept it.
