Yeah, you're right. I remember seeing that on the spreadsheet not too long ago. If we had that information, it would have been easy to compare your progress to it, as against trying to determine when is a good time to initiate a case follow-up.

What happened to your information on the Timeline spreadsheet? Did you decide to delete it once you got your IL?

If I remember correctly, they had their bio appointment on 1/19. Received their interview notice on 3/31 and I think the interview is some time end of April.

If you are filing I-485 using i-134 as means of showing financial support in lieu of a bank statement , is it a requirement to submit other personal financial records such as tax filings (1099 etc) . It may be recommended but is it a requirement or can one take any such records to the interview if needed?

You can submit about 6 months worth of bank statements for your business, business license and registration, profit and loss statement from the business, current tax year’s AGI (adjusted gross income), evidence of past years tax filings, etc.

So use those dates as your yardstick by comparing your own timeline to them for now.

Meanwhile, you should add the Lockbox delivery date to your own timeline on the spreadsheet.

There is no requirement to include any financial document (including an I-134) with the initial submission as a matter of fact. Use your discretion on what you wish to submit or take along to your interview.

How are you able to have a W2 if you're self employed? Anyway, take a look at the AOS Process Spreadsheet for the recommended number of years for the above referenced financial documents.

I am attaching some photos for the people who are still preparing their packages. I have included a total of 5 big envelopes for main applicant, derivative, I-134 and supporting documents, two sealed I-693 forms and one small envelope with our photos and money orders. Additionally, on the top of the package I have included the early filing memo.

I have used a sticky note to describe and separate each document too. On the cover of each envelope I have outlined what is inside of it.

Did you include form G-1145 with your AOS package? If you did, you'll receive a text or email notification following USCIS' formal acceptance of your AOS package.
For subsequent updates, take a look at Step 12 on the "AOS Process" section/tab of the AOS Process Spreadsheet. We did not include g-1145 but we received notice recently.

I edited your post by removing the name of the website you posted as it isn’t an official source of truth and hasn’t been verified by this forum.

In addition, the information about cases staring from MSC whatever number is completely irrelevant to DV based AOS processing.

what if they are still processing dont they send out a bio appointment after the confirmation ? or do they have to approve then comfirm...? meaning if we are in the process of AOS after sending and getting a response. would they halt just because we didnt receive the greencard? thank you.

It doesn’t matter whether they’ve sent out an acceptance notice or not, it doesn’t matter whether they’ve sent out the bio notice or not, it doesn’t matter whether the bio appointment has been completed or not; any case not approved by the end of the FY will not be approved after that. It will automatically be denied once the FY is over.

Everybody gets an acceptance notice regardless of if they included the G1145 after the package has been formally accepted, that is not what my post which you’ve quoted was addressing. The G1145 form is for the purpose of getting a text or email notification before the acceptance notice gets mailed.

We did our bio 2 weeks before but my childs' case is following us. Because I had to resubmit it and now waiting for his bio appointment letter.
My question is, does FO waiting until they get all the bio clearance or do they schedule interview without his clearance? Thank you mom.

Hi Mom,

I filed my I-485 form (with both I-765 and I-131) on January 5th,2023 and provided my fingerprints on February 23th,2023. Since then, I have been waiting for an interview notification or any update regarding my case status. According to my zip code, my office is San Antonio, TX.

Judging by past timeline spreadsheets, It seems my process after biometrics seems to be late even though San Antonio office waived the interview for DV2022 selectees.

Approximately 20,000 diversity visa based visas are issued for EU region every year. For 2023, It has already reached to 9594 issued and 7526 ready. I'm very concerning the EU region quota will be expired till I get my greencard.

Could you suggest me a way to speed up my process or should I wait a little more
