DV 2022 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

I am having this doubt, when I filled for AOS (05/02/2022) I never received the letters of action from USCIS. I only got the Receipt Numbers by text message. But then I received the letter for the Biometrics on 06/11/2022. My case history on the USCIS account said:

May 23, 2022 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.
June 28, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken
July 25, 2022 Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It

How do I have to proceed now? The notification from yesterday probably were the letters from the NOA? Its a good idea to make an E-Request to receive the letters by email? Why couldn't USPS deliver? My address was correct.

1. You need to submit an E-Request ASAP for the returned mail. It could be the NOA, could be a RFE, could also be your IL.
2. USPS sometimes does that with USCIS mail when the recipient’s name is not written on the mailbox, or for reasons best known to them. Did you register for Informed Delivery with USPS? This gives you an advance notice of upcoming mail delivery and enables you to promptly follow up if the mail is not received within a couple of days.

Okay, I will do now the E-Request and write in my mailbox my name for future deliveries. I am registered at informed delivery of USPS. Thanks

The returned mail didn't show up as an upcoming delivery. I call USCIS, and they told me that an agent will contact me. She also, said they will re-delivered the mail. I wish I received that call. The agent didn't know that I have time up to the 09/30/2022

If I were you I would follow up insistently. It may have been an interview notice.

Yes. Read back. Expect an RFE/understand that you are preventing a possible interview waiver. Email kcc if you don’t have the receipt. Book a medical appointment.

Will my arrival to US (24 July) and sending AOS package within 2-3 days after arrival affect a possible interview waive?

You can call again and ask what was the mail about (they may sometimes be able to tell). You can also try chat with a live agent through Emma, give them the impression you think it was your interview notice that got returned as undeliverable and that you are afraid you will miss your interview as such. You need to be persistent.

Did you arrive on a tourist visa or had been on another visa that you had been briefly away from the US?

I am going to include all documentation from a list including documentations that show I had always maintained my status as F1 student, except payment receipt and medical exam as it takes 4-8 weeks to receive DV payment receipt and 5-7 business days to pass medical exam. I would not like to waste time as time is not on my side.

* Is that ok If I include bank statement showing that I have $11k on my account instead of I-134?
* Does incompleteness of the package cause a delay in processing my case?

Congratulations, you have received your card. There is one thing I'm wondering, did you add the letter from KCC about the approval of your KCC payment fee in your file? Or did you just send it by adding a mailing truck receipt or a copy of the mail order payment etc. that you paid for as evidence? Thank you

Reading back on your posts, your case is too complex for me to assess a judgement. Personally I’d be surprised if you get an interview waived, but who knows.
 
Did you guys use Acrobat Reader to modify the I-485 document, or did you just save it as a pdf from the USCIS Website and start typing on it ?

After 3 attempts I got KCC to send me a copy of the receipt via email, I included that on my package.

Thank you @Sm1smom I just want to comfort myself as my friend really struglled with the KCC payment as I mentioned, and my friend's office is Dallas, not the same with AngyAngy, she seems to be from NY according to the excel.

When can I possibly make sure my FO asked for my file from KCC? I just do not want to lose so much valuable time if my file gets stuck because of lack of payment for my wife who is not doing AOS here.
