DV 2022 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

Today I just got an interview and everyting seem fine. The officer said everyting looks good until we(my husband and I) left the USCIS office. After that, I got phone call from the officer about document of my husband that she did not get his package from the US department of state. She asked me that did I fill out the application for him? However, she told me to contract KCC about this situation. I sent an email to KCC and I am waiting for them to send document to prove that he submited the application.
After that, I came home to find the poofs to show that he already did application. Fortunately, I checked DS-260 application and it showed that I already added his application and submit it as spouse. I went back to USCIS office and brought the doccuments to her. When she looked at the documents, she said that he already submitted it why KCC did not send his package to her. She coppied everyting and would talk to the superviser and send email to KCC and ask thaem about his package. She siad that it will take few business days to process. Let me to be patient.
She said she will do my case as first priority because it has to be done before Sep 30, 2022.

This is my updated case.

Thanks for the update. Fingers crossed, you get the CPO update soon. Did you get married after the initial eDV entry or after the DV selection?

thanks so much for your answer. by saying fingerprint fee was received, does it mean they haven't received my app fees? and they haven't started the process yet?

If you’ve already received your NOA, it means your payment has been received and your application is being processed, regardless of what you see as the case update online.
 
9 weeks post-interview today - still no decision when officer said it would be 2 weeks. Seeing people getting their cards approved from my FO is torturing me! Anyone else in the same boat?

Today I received the letter for the interview. It will be next August 19.
A little late for our jobs...
Both my husband and I will lose our jobs starting July 15. I am a teacher and they cannot renew me because I am not authorized to work. I have been reading "How to Make a Request for Expedited Processing of an Application" to the USCIS and there is a section of "Severe financial losses of a company or person, provided that the need for urgent action is not a result of the petitioner or applicant not:
- You filed the benefit request on time, or
- Responded in a timely manner to any request for evidence;
Question:
Can we request the Request for Expedited Processing of an Application for a DV Program case?

An expedite request based on a job loss will be for an EAD approval as that is what someone with a pending AOS application needs in order to not experience a severe financial loss, and not necessarily the GC approval itself. Did you include an EAD application with your AOS package? Plus considering you have just two days before your contract expires, I’m not quite sure how an expedite request can prevent your upcoming job loss.
Nonetheless, you can contact the USCIS agent to see if they can submit a request for your FO to bring your interview forward.

Do you guys have a problem with case status check when put the receipt number to check status? My case status has not updated since I got fingerprint, eventhough, I got an interview. What should I do to check case status?

That is normal. Most cases do not get updated from the fingerprint update until after the case has been adjudicated.
 
We had the interview in Fairfax on 6/24 and it hasn't been updated since 6/3. Still in" fingertips were taken". So anxious
