I did not join the sponser company yet. I think i will join them soon now ( i was waiting for I140 approval as i don't want to join them on H1)
My priority date is 11/2000. My I485 RD is 09/29.
So i hope TSC will pick up the application soon.
I wish all the people in this CSC - TSC transfer (we r waiting for long time man ) will get approval mail soon.
I did not get email from USCIS-CSSO . Got 3 emails only from CRIS. is that normal ? (I saw some one else got 5 emails )

Perm_faq , i was also in same boat with you from 09/29 till today.I am really happy to see my approval email. I wish you will also see ur approval email very soon.It is a good sign that TSC is started looking into concurrent filers from CSC.
You are on the top of the list (ur ND is one of the earliest in CSC).so hang tight. U will see the happy email in no time.

Eventhough my news is not good news, I wanted to share it with everyone to give information as this forum helped me a lot.

Eventhough my news is not good news, I wanted to share it with everyone to give information as this forum helped me a lot.
I received, via e-mail, a notice of RFE. I got the e-mail this morning that indicated that an RFE was mailed May 8. I don't know yet what they are requesting for as I have not heard from my lawyer, yet. I am not suprised as my company only has 2 employees now from 30 when we filed.
Just to let everyone know that the queue i moving.

Can any one tell me why your numbers are starting with WAC06-00*****
My case's WAC052605****. My question is perm_faq and all applied before mine. And how can they have WAC06 numbers?

How will this affect us? With the termination of concurrent filing, can we (already concurrently filed) still extend of EAD/AP?
5/09/2006: Imporant Procedural Changes Forthcoming for I-140/I-485 Concurrent Filing and NIW
The USCIS has been delaying the implementation of the premium processing services for I-140 immigrant petition proceedings. According to the AILA-Nebraska Service Center liaison report of April 19, 2006, the USCIS may announce the PPS program in May 2006. The NSC Director also confirmed that once the USCIS started implementing PPS for I-140 petition, it would accompany the following two critical changes:
Termination of I-140/I-485 Concurrent Filing
Shut-Out of NIW from PPS.
Once the concurrent filing is terminated, it will cause a number of problems for EB-immigrants:
Those whose legal status would expire unless they were allowed to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently will fall out of status unless they are eligible for 245(k) benefit. PPS does not guarantee the decision in 15 days when the USCIS issues RFE. The 15-day requirement runs again only after they receive the response to the RFE. Sometims, RFE response can take months. Since unlawful presence or out-of-status clock will keep ticking during the period of I-140 petition adjudication, some people may lose the opportunity for filing I-485 forever.
EAD and Advance Parole applications are available only when they file I-485 application as they are ancillary proceedings to the I-485 applications. The termination of concurrent filing procedure will take away this privilege under the current concurrent filing system.
Affect of Termination of Concurrent Filing and Unavailability of I-140 Premium Processing Services for NIW will be devastating. It practically takes away the current privilege of stopping out-of-status clock by concurrently filing I-485 as well as the privilege of applying EAD and Advance Parole. Worse yet, since the Premium Processing will not be available for the NIW I-140 petitions, it can take forever, particularly when RFE is involved. Please stay tuned.

However, I strongly DISAGREE with the approach that they/CIS are taking to process/adjudicate our concurrently filed 140s. Adjudication of such 140s should be done independently irrespective of whether 485 is filed or not filed. Its UNFAIR for us to wait "10 months" for NO reason. Either they should eliminate the "concurrent filing" completely or they should process each petition indepedently and quickly.

"On May 8, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
I cannot believe this and it still hasn't sunk in.....
