Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

Cannot Believe This

Guys,

yesterday, my 140 was approved and today our 485 was approved with the following messages:

"On May 8, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

I cannot believe this and it still hasn't sunk in.....

Dabuk, if your PD is current, there is no reason 485s will not be approved. My case is a very normal EB2 case. I am sure all here are going to see approvals (140) and for current PDs, 485 approvals.

I am still not going to believe the approvals till I see the cards though !!!

How can you have two I-485 pending. This is actually impossible - you can have two I-140s but only one I-485 at a time. You should check into that.

Looks like they are not interested in 001 at all. I saw your update and found only one approval in 001 and lot more in 002 and afterwards. Are you on 006 database? Service center processing times are out yesterday. Looks like no body is interested in that. Lets see if we get out this by this week, if CSC/TSC continue to process our petitions at the same rate. Can you post another scanner update later today for all 10 days of database.

perm_faq, you will get it in a couple of days, hang in there.
They just began picking up concurrently filed cases mid-last week. I'm certain that in a couple of weeks from now there will be no 140 cases of 2005 left in TSC. They're processing randomly (bad news), but blazingly fast (great news)

Have you ever receive the transfer notice? The scan status of 001 cases you sent me before show only 18 cases "transferred" from CSC to TSC. Most Others still in "received" status. But today I tried to input a few case numbers original with "received" status and found they have all changed to "transferred".

You may try to input your number to see if any LUD.

Also your can ask Ahaly to help look at his scan status of 001 cases to see how many people still stay in "received" status.

Good hear about all the approvals for the past couple of days.

My cases were transferred on March 22 2006 and havent seen any updates yet and my PD is July 2001.

Waiting hopefully.

I have not received notice in the mail. Regarding the online status, I don't believe they are updating it frequently. Because, as I said earlier, though my other petitions like EAD/AP are approved long time ago, but still the online status doesnot reflect that. It still says "we received...". So Iam not sure what to do rather than wait for the approval. Let me check one more time online if they have changed "received" to "transferred" status, as you mentioned. But, Iam not certain of what to do.
