Srirangam,

Look at the signature of ryerapotini . His PD is 2002 (EB2 ) which is current. His case is not yet approved but he got email that his case will take ...message change yesterday.So looks like TSC is finally touching the concurrent filers irrespective of priority dates.

Just got the email that my I-140 (EB-2 worldwide) was approved.

Guys,

I just checked on the USCIS website that my case has been approved. :)

Good luck to the forum members who are eagerly awaiting their I-140 approval. I know that it has been an extremely frustrating wait for the CSC->TSC concurrent filers but it seems that they are finally bulldozing through the cases now. Your I-140 cases should be touched shortly.

FYI, I received the mail below from USCIS this morning so getting this mail pretty much means that a decision on the case shortly.

EB = 1C
RD = 09/27/2005 ND = 10/03/2005 AD : 05/06/2006
LUD = one for 485 after xfr.
no lud on 140 since xfr - until approval.
RFE = No
WAC-06-002-5xxxx

Based on Ahaly's scan status, they have touched 06-002,004,005,006,009 on last weekend. But not 001. Although nikedude has exactly ND and RD as yours and mine, his case number is 002, and ours are 001. Let's pray for tomorrow.

Guys,

I just checked the website to see the happy news that my case has been approved. It is 10.00 pm PST and i just thought i will see if there are any updates in my case status (We all check atleast 20 times a day right :) ) . My case is finally approved .

Mine is EB2 Concurrent

ND : 09/29/2005

I140 Trasferred to TSC : 03/22

I485 Trasferred to TSC : 03/23

I had a LUD today on I140 when i checked in evening but no message change.Just now i see the approval message.

Good luck for all the unknown friends waiting. I hope all will get good news very soon.

BTW I got 3 emails from CRIS. I did not get any email from USCIS-CSSO . Is that ok ?

Actually, it should be the otherway around as 001 should have been touched before any number 002 or after. Do you think, they will send out mass approvals on fridays and weekends? Because I have been noticing such pattern of approvals for last few weeks. What do you think?
