Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

Hi

Iam starting new thread to track how many of EB concurrent filers are waiting for 140 approval. Basically, mine is filed in September 2005 (RD = 09/28/06, ND = 10/03/06) and still waiting for 140 approval after 7 months of waiting. Folks lets follow this format when reporting the info, that way we don't need to ask one another for case details. Just copy-paste the following info to your message. So its quick and easy to compose it & post it. Thanks

why not we write to AILA

It is very clear that TSC is not going to touch concurrently filed papers for the reson known to them.Why don't we prepare a write up and send it to AILA and congressman.Please think over it and express your opinion.
