I-140 Approved (EB2 Concurrent Filing in CSC-> TSC)

Hi,
I got my I-140 approval email on 05/05/2006(see more details below). There were 5 emails for this same approval (3 from CRIS and 2 from USCIS). Based on the postings, I was expectin g the approval since last week and am glad that it did happen. Good Luck to everyone - have faith.

140/485 Concurrent filing = Yes
CSC -> TSC transfer = Yes on 03/23/2006
CA EB2
RD = 09/28/2005
ND = 11/1/2005
LUD = 03/27/2006
RFE = No
Priority Date=02/2003

I received the following mail from USCIS:

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

On March 29, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Not sure what this means.....but going from the postings in the other non-concurrent I-140 forums this often precedes a decision on the case. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I just received the same emails & status updates (LUD 5/8/06). Looks like they finally entered these cases anto the TSC system and are (hopefully) ready for processing.

What was the LUD on your I485 after it transferred to TSC ? is it same as I140 (03/22) or different..
Does your online status updated ? when ?

If you can provide your reciept number first few charactor of I140 excluding last 4 digit ?

Looks like you are the silient reader of this forum/thread. Anyways...thanks for letting us know of your approval. My RD 9/28/2005, is just right behind you.

3/27/06. It is different with I140 (LUD:3/23/06->5/8/06).

Thanks a lot. I am in the same boat. waiting to hear about any LUD change. I140 transferred to TSC on 03/22 and I485 on 03/23.
No LUD since then... RD is 09/30 from CSC.

It is nice to see approvals at last.congratulations to those whose 140 got approved.If you notice PD of those who got approved that it is not current.
