It is more frustrating for me as I am unable to check my e-status also. I donot know why is says :

We were not able to identify you using the information provided.

I am fed up with this same message for the last six months.

I dont know, can somebody give some direction to know as to know whether my application is alive or not .

My e_status is showing as 'Decision made' since 3 weeks .I am going thru my lawyer. he said he will return money if any case it is failed other than medical and criminal offence. So I am not worrying. I called my lawyer, he said it will take 3 months to take decision after medical and 4 weeks to issue the visa I had remedical exam. my first medical was in April and second was in July.I have no idea till what date he will issue visa . Any one has idead ?
now days after file date it is taking anywhere between 6 -9 months to issue medical. Before they issue medical they will check ur educational evaluations . it is taking long time. So if we sent all our certificate copies (like credintials , universty degree certificate,
study certificate issued by college/university) which help them more in verifcation.

I haven't heard anything yet. I also have same issues to check the e-status. One of my friend received medical last month. He came to know that his birth-date was entered wrong so, that is why he was unable to check his status online. I think this might be the case for the people whose status can not be checked online. I think that they might be entering wrong date intentionally.

Now a days it’s taking much longer to process cases at all stages of application. I think they are taking more time in verification and background checks. In my friend’s case they inquired about his employer. And then they send him medical forms.

Now, Canadian PR process is taking the same time as GC here. Let’s keeps on updating this tracker that may help the other friends who are next in the line.

Even though if it is taking toomuch of time , if we dont have medical problems or criminal cases. Then we are fine that means we will get our PR. Where as US GC ,there are some chances of denial if INS find something like changing employer etc..
So for Canada PR we are the sponsers , but US PR we are not

It seems everybody ahs gone for vacation like CIC people.
Let us keep sharing our experiences. I am still in waiting mode.

I am in wait of any response from CAIPSnotes, atleast to get some info as my case is alive or not. Does anybody have some experince related to that.

What is the procedure for sending the passport.

What is latest buddy, Medicals being done !!! Have you been given any list of doctors for that.

Also share(if you want to) , have you been asked to submit new Fingerprinting Cards, as I believe you also must have provided the cards more that a year back.

Any other info. you may want to share so that, we people in line, could be more prepared and could save some time.

Hi PKapur,

I just did my medicals last tuesday. Yes I was given a list of doctors. As of now, I don't know about the lab results. The doctor told me he would contact me only if i have any problem.

I am not asked to submit any finger print .

Some other info may interest you:

1. One of my friends who applied few days after me and got the file no. few days after me, also received the initial assessment and medical papers, he was asked for only one additional document: letter of reference.

2. Another of my friends who had an Interview OCT 10 at NewYork, was asked for additional medical test(some kind of saliva testing or so). He had already done his medical and there was no problem. According to him, other people who had interview the same day were also asked for this additional medical test. He also mentioned that Canadian Immigration dept. is very very disorganized.

Thanks for sharing the info. Thus it appears that it is anybody's luck - what one gets.

Can you also share approx. how much the expense would be for medicals for an individual and does your medical insurance from your employer is going to cover that. I dont think so, but just in case what is there in your situation. ( again If you want to share)

Waiting.......

Hello Friends,

Me too is eagerly waiting to know when Mr. Pkapur, T-p99 and Deepred are going to get their assessment. All of them are having a same AOR date of 11/15/01.

After that there is a big gap from 11/15/01 till 11/28/01. I would request Texas and Dhaka101 to please add their dates of application submission and AOR in the tread instead of months to track the proper processing time od canadian immigration.

The info. provided by Shamim is encouraging that some of their friends got their initial assessment.

Good luck to all those who are next in line......I know its hard to wait when you are the next......
 
Hi PKapur,

The medical fee is 325 USD. for one person, I don't think insurance covers this, I was never asked about the insurance from the doctor and his stuff.

My application was received on 6/4/2002, I have not got the file number yet although it is already 18 weeks. Where do you get the information on 18 weeks stuff? and how can I make an query? Thanks.

I think this forum is the best way to track the timings. As you see on the tracker list developed and updated by friends, now a days it is taking longer then expected in all the stages of the process. Sometimes they are releasing the mail letters in batch.

If you see in the tracking list- shamim, pkapur, deppred and myself filed on different dates but we all received file number on 11/15/01.

Another week is almost passed by and I am still waiting. By the way dhaka101: what is you exact filing date and file number recd. date? Please update us so we can have an idea.
