Hi Dear,
As I see, you are already done with the NVC part of I-730.

Can you please guide me about the step and processing time of NVC for form I-730, welcome letter and documents to be filled from our side as part of NVC process.

My case is at US embassy Islamabad.
Do you know on average how could it take for I-730 form to get the interview date after the NVC process.

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I know you can understand me and you know how stressful it is, to go through this process with uncertainty.

Thanks in advance..

Hi everyone,
Please I have a question for those whose loved ones went through consular processing. When they arrived the United States, did USCIS send their EAD card using the i765 that was submitted on the day of the consular interview or did your loved ones submit new i765 applications?
Your response will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Just complete them and send them to the US Embassy.
Hello, can you check your kids visa that is showing something like this?

Not a visa.
"Foil prepared at DHS request.
May be boarder without transportation carrier liability.

If yes, did they come with no problem?

Hi,

Can our beneficiary enter to third country before entering to USA with V92 visa? Is there any problem to enter to other country for them? May I know if someone had experience about that.

How I'd wish am able to guide you through but have little or no experience with NVC process. In my case, the beneficiary and the petitioner lives here in the united state, so my process never passed through NVC. I appeal to someone here with NVC's experience to help him out.

@Kuss2000 @smah
The embassy will call you or email you for the interview. You will be given the interview letter (by email or pickup) which consists of interview date / time and documents needed.
Documents needed are:
Birth certificate / marriage certificate
Passports
Police report (maybe)
Photos
Medical report
I765 work authorization form (for all) - download or get from embassy
G325 fingerprints form (form all) - download or get from embassy
Take the interview letter to a doctor designated by embassy to get all medical certifications. You family might need to put injections if they are not up to date. You need to pay for doctor.
No embassy fee.
Interview only about proving relationship to the primary asylee in USA. Take photos or any proof of relationship., money transfer etc.

After interview, Status which showed ready earlier could change to administrative processing and then visa issued. A call or email from embassy to come collect the passport.

Maybe slight changes from country to country from the above order. Hope this helps people.

Hi, can you share your experience. I have interview next week. My husband ( petitioner) and I beneficiary lives in the USA.

I will contact the congressman next week and I will let’s you know when he/she get back to me
I asked congressman for help with my cases and she wrote back saying my case is still within the processing time and that she send the request to uscis anyway and that I should expect an answer next 2 to 4 weeks. Just now I received an update in my cases that saying this: request for initial Evidence was sent. What could that be? When filling I put every evidence such as birth certificate for each child, my asylum decision, passport photos for each… someone here got the same message here can help please. Thank you

USCIS wants proofs that you are actually married and live together.
(Drivers license, Bills) indicating same address, marriage certificates, pictures etc. The questions that may come up bothers on your past together as couples. example
About your wedding, dates, location, ages at wedding, how you meet each other, who proposed first, what either likes or dislike etc. I hope that helps.
