I went for interview with my kid . But he wasn't even asked a question. He is 6 years old.
 
But it is advisable that your kids know their father's name,what he does for a living and where he lives in the states too
 
Hey Guys, please help me if you had similar situation: the beneficiary for i730 is already in unites states, after the interview in local uscis we received approval notice, but it says that case was transferred to NVC. Why would it be transferred if the beneficiary is here? there was no i94 or any other documents included... what should we do?

My case had updated after 10 months and says transferred to the international office or DOS consulate office where beneficiary resides. Anyone has the same experience? What does it mean and when to expect it to be approved?

Hi @mihan . I’ve never heard of this situation before and I’m also curious to have an answer. But at least you got an update. It’s been 10 months now and I haven’t gotten anything yet . Please which month did you apply ?
