Yes I finally had my interview date for next month October. Wow am happy to meet someone from my country here.

Hello everyone, do you know what kind of visa the beneficiaries for i730 will receive from the U.S embassy overseas? How long they have to leave their country and enter U.S?

My spouse applied in April and the I 730 is still to be approved.

Any recent i730 approvals?

The visa is V92 .I think the duration is 6months to leave the home country or less I don't realize know

Hello @Mai b ,I had my interview already and I was approved too.
I was asked 5 questions
1) have you been arrested before?
2)Are you a member of a criminal gang?
3)Have you ever been involved in any terrorist attacks
4)have you ever been engaged in conspiracy theories on controlled substances

I have forgotten the 5th question. The officer also asked for my wedding pictures. That was all. Make sure have both the original and photocopies of all your documents

May be you should write your congressman
My case was approved Oct 2023 and it was hanging between NVC and the embassy. We did several inquiries to both NVC and embassy but nothing.
We wrote Congresswoman around late June and on the 1st July we received our package to schedule the interview. So please try to write to your Congress man or woman
.

thanks a lot. Please how can I write the congressman/woman? My husband doesn’t know anything about that so we’re almost frustrated
