Attorney for i730?

So I received the RFE notice in the mailbox today. All they want is the stamped copy of the i589 application for asylum that I submitted to the court. They are saying that they can’t find it on their files. But this is not listed as an initial evidence requested when applying for form i730! Can some tell where I can find this copy please?

Contact to your attorney. He should definitely have a copy of it. If not, then contact to your respective court.

I will go to the court. I don’t want to have anything to do with that attorney because all he’s looking for is money and does not do his job.

This is good news! I had given up hope on my daughters case but I have good news, the case status changed to READY , do you know when I will receive the welcome letter? Is it at this stage?

Congratulation. Can you please let me know how do you check the status on the website? NVC sent me case and invoice numbers but whenever I enter my case and invoice number it doest allow me to login. The message show that I am not eligible at this time. why this difference is?

Am not sure why it won’t allow you to login, I believe if you send them an inquiry they might help. You should be able to login using that information. You can also call uscis, or chat with Emma on the uscis website they are the same with nvc.

I sent them inquiry to NVC, They replied that you will be notified when your case will be sent to your respective embassy. But at least it could allow me to login to check the status of my applications. But if won't. Emma works only at USCIS, I think Emma has no access to NVC cases.
 
I was helped with my nvc case twice by a representative from uscis through Emma, they can check for you. I guess it depends on the stage of the application.

I checked with Emma but curstomer service agent has no access to NVC because obviously DOS is a separate department. I don't know how they helped you for logging in.

I went to court and got this document so easily. Can you imagine what this lawyer would have charged me for that! I sent it yesterday. Let’s see what happen next. I will keep you posted. Thanks

Does anyone know what is the meaning of ceac status changed from "administrative processing" to "ready" instead of "issued" after immigrat visa interview.....

Once you get your approval, your case will go to department of state (NVC) after 10 t0 15 days.
Within 3 months you will get the welcome letter.
Unfortunately, it's complicated and lengthy process.
