November 13, 2019 We received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition.

For others still expectant, the wait is frustrating but be rest assured it will surely come.

Does anyone have an idea how long it would take for I 730 EAD and SSN to be processed after application?.

Dear all Friends,
I heard that the follow to join cases ( I 730 asylee) are going to schedule the interview by their own once the case reach embassy.
Is it correct?

NVC Timeframes

travel.state.gov travel.state.gov
Above is the link to check what's next. NVC will create your case in the system and then wait for next step when they will send your case to your respective embassy. Time varies case to case and depending upon the embassy. It can be too long or normal. Nobody can predict. So you have to be patient.

Hey I have a similar timeline.

I-730
Case filed: March 24, 2023
Case approved: May 25, 2023
Case sent to DOS: June 13th.

I also haven’t received anything yet, is this normal? I often read on forums that welcome letter comes after a few days so I’m a bit worried…

It's better to send an inquiry and requesting the NVC AND IV number.
 
Is there anyone having updated from USA embassy Kigali, Rwanda?
How long it takes to get interview appointment from Kigali?

I would say YES if the petitioner and the beneficiary reside in the the united state. This trend I discovered from investigation through the congress. The more reason being that USCIS alleged that its out of policy to handle two petitions from one person simultaneously. The petitioner put in an i730 application , also has another i485 application for self. In this case, I730 is abandoned until i485 is concluded before anything, anything. I hope this helps.
