Attorney for i730?

You need to mention your USA address because USCIS will issue work permit to work in USA not in your home country. And also they will send the work permit on your home address here in USA. It's a common sense thing.
You really helped me thank you so much. But I got another questions.

1) On part 5a- IN CARE OF YOUR NAME Do I need to put my name and address or my wife’s name?

2) On part 27- ELIGIBILITY CATEGORY-what category should I put?

Thanks in advance

Hey guys, do someone know what means Administrative Processing after us visa interview? Because after interview officer said congratulations your visa approved. But I’m checking the CEAC status online, it’s showing Administrative Processing. Do someone had this kind situation?

Hi friends, can some explain about below situation;
My cases sent to NVC by USCIS and NVC created files of my family petitions in the system on 23rd May. I didn't receive any welcome letter from NVC. On my request, they sent me case and invoice numbers via email. When I try to login, I can not login . I asked NVC about my petitions, they replied that they haven't yet transferred my petitions to our respective Embassy. Almost 40 days have been passed after creation of files and no further progress. Please share your experience, if someone faced same situation.

What is your case?

Alan how are you, how is your progress going?.
As for me the embassy finally agreed to start the process, so now I am waiting for the welcome letter from NVC.
Hi Rueko!
Sorry for late responce. Had my family come last week. I'm so happy. What about yours?

Hi,
Does somebody know what are my next steps after my family arrived in the USA? Will my family get social security and work authorization? If not then what are my next steps and what should I look for? I have no idea what should I do next

So Simple,Contact to your nearest County Human Assistance Office and they will guide you about everything you need. Also make an appointment with Social Security Office for SS Cards. After that you can apply for work permit. That's it.

Hey guys I read that some of you asked the congress for help and it worked so today my mum contacted the congress woman in her region, so my question is how long till usis respond.

30 to 45 days.
In my case USCIS responded under 3 weeks. I think but not necessarily right that it depends on how active/agile your case handler is. Case handler here is the person assigned by the congressional office to follow-up with your case. I would advise that you develop a good bond with your case handler. That will pretty settle it quicker than you think.

I would also like to inform you all that I got an approval last month through the help of my district congress.
My case was a prolonged one but in the end, I found favor in the Lord. My time line is below

June 23, 2023 Case Was Approved
March 16, 2023 We received your response for Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition.
March 2, 2022 We transferred your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
February 26, 2021 Your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, was transferred to another USCIS office.
November 13, 2019 We received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition.

For others still expectant, the wait is frustrating but be rest assured it will surely come.

Does anyone have an idea how long it would take for I 730 EAD and SSN to be processed after application?.
