not exactly true ..

a friend of mine who sent in his paperwork 12/00 got his approval in 01/02 didn\'t get an RFE on his medicals...

Having said this I am concerned nevertheless because I did my medical in 02/01 and I am hoping I don\'t get an RFE..
 
Same old AVM Message....

Checked AVM last night, same old "Processing Resumed..." message still plays. I had thought that CSC would finish up most cases within 6-8 months of filing, but it looks like it might take an year or even longer.

No flood.... We should all go to Florida for that :)

Hi,
I think they are collecting all Finger Prints as early as possible and doing a detailed check, as they are expecting retaliations from inside USA.

I heard the good news in AVM today and waiting for the notice!
My case is approved on yesterday (Jan 22nd) and details are as follows:
RD:04/13/01
ND:06/21/01
FP Done:11/13/01
No RFE
EB1 Category as it was done with L1A visa.

Thanks to all the participants and this chat board keeps our spirit all the time !

did it say \'pending review \' and then say \'processing resumes\'
please write dates also

I just spoken to an IIO and she told me that my case was assigned
to an officier today!
