questions about Fax inquery for April\'01 mailers

Mine is WAC-01-214, RD 04/23 , ND 06/18, FP on 11/28 and my AVM still on "Dec29...resumed".

As I have see in another thread they talk about fax inquery,

For We, april mailers, I think we reached the stage to do FAX inequery. IF so, how can we do this? by ourself ? or do we need to talk to the lawyer ? Did any of us have done this ?

Talked IIO today !

AVM status for my case is " On Dec 29th ...blah..." Today when I talked to IIO, she told me that they recieved FP on Jan 16th.

I got confused with the dates.

Also she did not tell me that my case is assigned to an officer or not. Anyone has input on the process before approval and after FP done stage. It will be helpful.

She happened to mention that my case is delayed compared to others not because of any perosnal reasons. I think it is a joke. I will live with it.

"As per the computer, All I can tell now is, All reports from Finger Print are received, Your case is ready to assign to an offier. But not yet assigned"

My RD 04/23, ND 06/18 FP done on 11/28, AVM "Dec29..resumed"

Just made my daily routine AVM check after 9:00 o\'clock and heard both my and my wife\'s cases got approved on 01/24 (today)!

My 485 got approved on 01/24 along with my family as per AVM.
My details are:
RD = 04/30
ND = 06/26
AP = 07/19
EAD= 10/09
FP = 10/17 at SJ (Sch 11/06 OAKLAND)
AD = 01/24/02 PER AVM
I am a regular visitor of this Site.
Thank you guys for posting valuable information all the time and
keeping everyone\'s hope alive.

Congrats to ALL of you who got approved in last two days.

Files are assigned and approved faster now. I guess. I hope. Other April thread mailers, lets wait for our approvals soon.

April thread getting obsolete!

It is a matter of great concern. Earlier, I used to see April thread always on the top. It only means that most April filers are getting Approvals and are leaving this discussion board. Howver, I will continue to move it up for the benefit of all other April filers still waiting for the decision.

Perhaps, next week? Keep the fingers crossed.

Hi April Mailers,

My RD is 04/00 and ND is 06/00. Today when I talked to IIO, she said that I need to talk to my lawyers for any further status. She refused
to give any info or details to my case. Is this RFE ? I am trying to get in touch with my lawyers now, meanwhile can any one of you give some details or the process fro RFE.

I checked it today 1/28

Checked it on 1/26 too but it was still the "processing resumed" message at that time.

Did you try to call IIO again in same day. May be another IIO will give u some status.
