2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

LUD change but mgs not updated for a week

I got my FP done on 8/30. The 485 shows a LUD on 9/1/05. But till now there is no change in the message. How do I know if the FP were received ok and if this LUD pertains to FP? Is there a number I can call? any other suggestions?

you should get a LUD in a week to ten days from now, indicating that the FP results recd.

I didn't get my FP results recd LUD/email yet. Its almost one month. I don' think its a Mandatory to get a LUD.

Eb2 / Eb3 issue

Did anybody came accross this issue,

I got my labot approval under Eb2 , when my lawyer filed for 485 / 140 /EAD,
my appilication for 485 was sent back saying "cannot file under Eb2, please file under Eb3 catogery", so my lawyer said we will wait for 140 receipt and then we will file for 485/EAD

Is there anything mentioned on 140 receipt as Eb2 or Eb3 .
lawyer called VSC and Asked for 140 receipt to be corrected as Eb2 .

did anybody came accross same sitution.

Yes. On 140 they'll mention the category. I dont think you will have any problem once after they correct it on 140.

EAD in about 15 days wow, what is going on with EB3, direct 485 approvals??

Haven't seen EB3 EAD's approvals either for all June 26th/30th filers yet.
whereas all activity is in EB2 for last 2 months.

Looks like all of the EB3 june end 05 filers will get 485 approved directly :D

What's the difference between code 1 and 3? How case number on FP will make things clear? Please clarify. thanks. :)

One of my friends LUD updates were similar to yours. He had his EAD case number on the FP notice. He called VSC and waiting for their response.
