Hello Folks,

I was checking the status online and it says that the processing time for I-140 is 90 - 485 days. Does it say the same for everyone filed recently ?

Guys

Looks like VSC is approving cases in a very strange way ! PPl from 2004 and may 2005 r still waiting and lukcy junes ones already got it approved. And in past few weeks there has been very low activity here :) Lets hope VSC starts working n approving pending cases and approves them ASAP.

Well they never do have any systematic method of processing the cases. Luck plays a vital role out here.

I have filed my I140/485 in May, I dont see any LUD on my I140 till now. anyone who filled in May have same experience?

LUD: Last Update Date
Using the receipt numbers of I-140, I-485, EAD & AP, you can register at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp;jsessionid=a_67FElKu7Wa, and then you can check the status of your applications.

When you register you would see the following columns:
Receipt Number - your EAC#
E-mail : Flag to receive notification upon any changes in ur case
Last Updated (mm/dd/yyyy) : this is LUD
Form # - like I-140, 485 etc...
Form Title - name of the case..

Hope this helps..

Ok finally USCIS started give me some approval news. My EAD & AP are approved. Still waiting for my 140. Will keep u guys posted...

my guess mine is also like this. Reason for guess -: i can not chk my 140 case online due to USICS computer glitch :(
