2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Was your's labor substitution or the regular LC?. My receipt dates are almost close to yours. I-140/I-485 ND 06/16/2004 still have not received approval.
Mine is labor substitution. Appreciate your reply.

It was my original LC with my own name, PD April 2001. However, I left the sponsor before LC approval and never got chance to file 140/485. Last year I returned to that company and filed 140/485. So, it sould be regular labor, right? or should I call it pre-approval ?
 
Are they going by PD for EB2?

Just a thought...

Because some of the 140 approvals don't make sense. The dates are all over the map. I have a ND of 4/8/2004 and I know of ppl from this forum whose NDs are before and after me - and got approvals on 140s (and 485s in some cases). Don't get me wrong - I am happy for all the ppl whose applications are making progress!! Here I am waiting for some communication (FP notice, 140 approval, or heck even RFE!!)

I somehow get a feeling that VSC is going by PDs for EB2 as well - except, we don't have the retrogression rules.

Please comment.

Looks like it is a combination of factors and then PD also playing a roll, its not pure PD. I am sure the pending EB2 cases for April 04 has lot of those that have old PDs, my ND is 04/08/2004 and PD is 01/2002, some would have PD prior to mine. It's like, for some reason person in charge of a case topples upon case papers, and then see hey the PD is 2001 and feel guilty (or pity or whatever) and process the case.. so it is a matter of luck, your case papers being at the right place at the right time !!

By the way i am also eagerly awaiting FP, my guess is that the next wave of FP should start soon ..

Sorry about my ignorance.. I have been visiting this forum for months now but never participated..
Can any one explain to me what is PD and how does that affect the I-140 processing date? my notice date for my I-140/485 concurrent filing is 5/08/2004. eb2 Substitute labor. The labor was apporved in 1999. Till now I did not get any changes on the LUD of my I-140.

dont worry..you'll get your 140/485 soon becoz your is PD is 1999

once they look your case your the first person to get 140/EAD/AP/485 to approve, just wait for some more time..all the best and good luck

My LUDs Changed again on(02/03/2005), this time it changed on both 140 and 485 after replying to RFE, can you guys shed some light on why it changed on both, is it a denial?

140-LUD and 485(only mine, my spouses not changed) Changed on 02/02/2005 and 2/3/05

Was there any LUD change before you get the RFE on 140?

I am also in the same boat.
My ND for I140/I485 is 25th march with a priority date of feb 2001.

But, I have not seen any activity on my case, no LUD changes no FPs. I am not sure what order they are following.

I-485 Question

Hi All,
This is my first post in this forum. I am in the I-140 OR category, concurrent filer with ND of March 26th 2004. My I-140 was approved January 24th 2005. FP was on January 19th 2005, and received by VSC USCIS on January 25th 2005. I saw LUD on my I-485 on Jan 25th, 31st and Feb 1 2005. No approval yet, the message has been the same since Jan 25 "We have received you fingerprint results from FBI, processing on your case has resumed...."

Has anyone else seen some activity on I-485 LUD, then waited for a while to get approval?

May be they have a RD in 2004 and ND in 2005. The reason I suggested yours to be in 2005 is that your RD and ND are both in 2005.
 
Got the email from USCIS that my 140 has been approved.... sweet!

Finally Got Reciepts For 485 Filing

I finally got the receipts for my I-485/EAD/AP filing. The application package was mailed on Nov. 18th and it reached USCIS on Nov. 19th. But till now they had not issued reciepts or encashed the checks. My lawyer tried to find out the status but was told, there is no way to track without knowing the reciept numbers. I had lost all hope and we were preparing to refile the entire application, assuming that it got lost. That is when I got the good news that they were able to track down our (me and spouse) applications and emailed me the receipt numbers. Thank God for that. Now I won't have to file the whole thing again. Today I got the receipts by mail and am happy to see that the Receipt Date is Nov. 19th. Hopefully everything will go smoothly from now on ...

Details of the case are as below --
Substitute LC - PD: Oct. 2002 (EB2 - DE)
I-140 - RD/ND: Apr. 14, 2004; AD - Aug. 25, 2004 :)
I-485/EAD/AP - RD: Nov. 19, 2004, ND: Jan. 25, 2005 :rolleyes:

LUD for the 485s and APs are Jan. 28th and for EADs are Jan. 31st. (Keeping fingers and toes crossed...)

Can someone please update the tracker with my details? Thanks guys....
