Congratulations.. Was there any LUD on 140? Did any one got EB2 140 got approved recently? I see it is very slow in EB2 and I recently applied in EB2 :mad:

Congratualtions. So, were you working for the employer who provided the substitue labor at the time when your 140 is filed?

Or your application filed under future employment?

EB3, EAD/AP/140/485 RD:12/30/2004 ND:01/14/2005

I don't understand how INS works.

I had my I140/485 applied concurrently in 8/25/2004.

I got I140 approved in 2 months, but seems like I am waiting forever for the fingerprints now...

i could say that i got lucky with the I140 approval, but now, I think the time for 485 will take long

There were no LUDs just the approval emails.

I was working for the employer who filed my 140.

erics is right. you guys should post your info in 2005 tracker. the reason we included a few people so that we don't lose track of their info as 2005 tracker is in its infancy stage and not many people are aware of it. Once your info gets updated in that tracker pl let me know and i will delete your entries from 2004 tracker. Thanks.

My LUDs Changed again on(02/03/2005), this time it changed on both 140 and 485 after replying to RFE, can you guys shed some light on why it changed on both, is it a denial?

Kind of a similar thing happened with me. My I485 lud changed to 02/03/2005. I am really curious as to why this must have happened. My I140 has been approved long back. Please see my signature for more details.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE THROW SOME LIGHT ON WHAT MUST HAVE HAPPENED. SHOULD I EXPECT A FP NOTICE?

LUD usually does not change when they send out the FP notice. It will change after you FP is done.

Looks like it is a combination of factors and then PD also playing a roll, its not pure PD. I am sure the pending EB2 cases for April 04 has lot of those that have old PDs, my ND is 04/08/2004 and PD is 01/2002, some would have PD prior to mine. It's like, for some reason person in charge of a case topples upon case papers, and then see hey the PD is 2001 and feel guilty (or pity or whatever) and process the case.. so it is a matter of luck, your case papers being at the right place at the right time !!

By the way i am also eagerly awaiting FP, my guess is that the next wave of FP should start soon ..

I sure hope so. Anyway, it's comforting (in a wierd way) that I am not alone in this boat!!

did you had any RFE ??
i am also in same boat, my LUD changed on 2/3/05 and didnt changed in my wife's LUD

if your PD is before jan 2002 ,they you'll get your GC soon compare to others
so just wait and hopw for the best
