2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Guys i am in Phoenix, Arizona. I received FP Notice for 02/18/2005.
I'm leaving for India on 02/10/2005.
My question to you guys is that-Do they(In Phoenix) allow early FP.
I can show them ticket and complete travel itinerary.

Me too.

Phoenix is one of the busiest centers. In no other center are 485's so slow as in Phoenix. My co-workers say they went on same date. It seems USCIS has given the FP work to some private contractors here, so they probably might accomodate you if you take your air tickets etc.
 
I140 Question..

Is it possible to get I140(EB3) Receipt number by providing I485 Number.
I got I485,EAD receipts(Concurrent filing) on OCT 17 2004.My lawer says still they did not receive the I140 Receipt.I got the EAD Card on OCT 26th 2004.
Can I call National service center and inform them the situation.It is helpfull?
Are there any other ways to get I140 Receipt Number?

r there any guys whose LUD changed on 2/3/05 for 485??

i know couple of people's LUD changed for EB3 people eventhough their PD is in 2004

FILE040505,

The Priority Date on I-140 Receipt will be blank. It would be populated only on your I-140 approval. Since yours is a subs. labor case, you would get the PD of the original labor in your I-140 approval notice. So wait for your I-140 to be approved to see the PD.

Since I-140 belongs to the employer, you could try asking either your attorney or your employer to enquire about the I-140 missing online.

My lawyer told me it is advanced degree and the INS is telling it is skilled worker. The problem is that the I couldn't see the application either on-line or using the phone system. I called the INS they told me that you couldn't call us and the employer should call because the processing date published Nov/2004 passed your notice date May/2004, and the lawyer is telling me that they are processing Dec/2003 (EB2). What I have to do??. I applied based on subsitution of LC for and employee with Masters degree.

That's great to know... I am all eyes and ears for my 140 approval notice :). That should put me out (temporarily) of this misery.

Temporary Nirvana... is the name of the game!!

485 Processing based on PD

Anynody knows whether VSC processes 485 based on PD? If so, let us all add PD to the tracker to make it more informative.
