Got FP notice and One questions for FP vetrens !!

FP Vetrens and other with FP info,

I would be thankful to have some info. that do we get fingerprinting done for adult only. I got only 2 FP notice, (for me and for my spouse) not for my child less than 12 years old. Is that minor do not get Finger printing done ?

priority date

prioirty date should be on the 140 notice i think(for me , it is there in the 140 approval notice for sure..)
 
LUD has changed for only I-140

Hi All,
Today LUD has changed only for I-140 in my case. Did it happen to any one like this? My EAD or AP are remained unchanged. Does any one has any idea that what might be happening in my case?
Here another thing is that my H1 7th year extension is pending at UCIS. Do you think that 7th year extension is causing to work on my 140 case.

Its possible that they are working on your I-140 case. Keep monitoring the LUD changes and hope you get your I-140 approval.

I had a question for you: From your signature, I see that you had 2 concurrent filings of 140 and 485 (sorry about the denial on the first filing)....When you filed your second concurrent filing, did you file a complete new 485 package (doing fresh medicals etc) or did you refer to the old 485 itself?? Did you get a EAD/AP from the old 485 filing?? Did you mention about your prior 485 filing (since you were already given a A# earlier)..I am assuming that you old and new 485 have the same A#...pls confirm.

NO, not on Receipt Notices. On Receipt Notice it will be BLANK.
It will be on your Approval of I-140.

Not necessary till 14 years. You don't get any FP notices for them. By the time the approval comes, if they turn 14 years...then they have to go for FP, after that they will get approval.

Complete new 485

Here are the answers for your questions.
1) Yes, I filed a new 485 with half new medical exam and half old medical exam. New doctor consulted my old doctor before finalising the medical report.
2) Yes, my new attorney pointed my old 485's situation.
3) No, I did not get EAD or AP from my old petitions.
4) My old and new 485s are different.

05/2004 EB-2 approved today!

My I-140 was approved today (e-mail & online)...

Here are my details:

I-140 (EB-2) RD 05/20/2004 AD 02/07/2005
I-485 RD 05/20/2004

FP Schedule Date :02/18/2005

But, I don't know whether to be happy or not. Because i'm flying to India on 02/10/2005.

Guys please help me. What are my options ?

my case is also like urs. only change in LUD is on EAD and that also is like 15 days back. just wanted to check with u if you had withdrawn the previous application or kept it pending and left employer.
 
Try to walk in prior to the scheduled date and do an early FP. Some offices accept early FP.

I had 2 pending H1 7th year extension, one got approved from company A and another h1 extension is pending from company B where LUD of I-140 of company B is changed today. I am waiting to join company B once they approve H1 extension here.
My new I-140 LUD changed again on 02.08.05. Do you think that they are working on my case.

Confused I-140

I would like to add my information to the XLS sheet, but I am not sure is it EB2 or EB3. In th I-140 notice I see Section : skilled worker or Professional Sec 203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii). My lawyer told me it is advanced degree and the INS is telling it is skilled worker. The problem is that the I couldn't see the application either on-line or using the phone system. I called the INS they told me that you couldn't call us and the employer should call because the processing date published Nov/2004 passed your notice date May/2004, and the lawyer is telling me that they are processing Dec/2003 (EB2). What I have to do??. I applied based on subsitution of LC for and employee with Masters degree.

EB2 140 approved. April 2004 concurrent filing.Original Labor, PD 01/2002.

I got an email today that my 140 has been approved on 02/07. It looks like finally April 04 and onwards cases have started moving.. Hoping to get FP notice soon too .. :)

before getting FP notices did your LUD changes anytime recently?
