As I-485 adjudication is taking longer and longer, I have received 2 APs already and now in need of a 3rd one. It takes quite a bit of money to get AP extended with the help of an attorney. Is it possible to file it myself, preferably electronically? Has anyone done it? Thanks!

Recieved an email from USCIS about pending I-485. I am EB3 ROW with PD 5/2002. Why would I get an RFE at this time when my PD is far from current? Also I had responded to an RFE about one year ago.
