Recieved an email from USCIS about pending I-485. I am EB3 ROW with PD 5/2002. Why would I get an RFE at this time when my PD is far from current? Also I had responded to an RFE about one year ago.
They have nothing to do so they are just sending the RFE. Just send the response back to them. They just want to eliminate GC candidates as much as they can.
There is nothing to worry about. Just answer them and wait.
