Case # Mine was Filed in NJ April 2002 and case # from SWA starts with 200204***. NY DOL assigns new case # i.e. 02511***, you can get the new case when you call for status check.

NJ Labor Mine moved to NY DOL in July , but was entered in system on Oct 25 2004. My case # begins with 02511*** just to check the sequence ... What is yours? Thanks

Even my case was sent to NY in august, but they go by date entered. Even mine was entered into system in october. we may get notified at the same time , I will post once I hear from them

My attorney gave me a 12 digit case no. starts with 200204**** and My PD is April 2002, case was moved to NY DOL on 8/25/04, am I supposed to get a different case no. i.e diff from SWA case no. Attorney says he didnt receive any.
