did your case make it to regional?: Nope. Still at SWA phase only.

90 day waiting period after 45 day letter

From the tracker list, it seems there are 2 people, skapa and scorp29, who were the earliest to receive the 45 day letter and respond. It would be interesting to see if they can share what they find out when their 90 day time period ends March 20th- or is it 90 working days ??? which will be 4.5 months and not 3 months. The whole thing sucks !

I got my 45 Days letter on 12/20/04. Responded 12/22/04. 90 Days in my case would be March 25th and 90 Working Days would be May 06th. I will keep you all posted if I find anything.

Whats the deal with this 90 days?
Did DOL mention something about 90 days in any memo that i might have missed.

I was just responding to a comment from buckleup. I myself am not sure about the 90 day deal? I have been trying to scan DOL site without much luck.
