I-485 Rfe Hi All, I got an RFE on my I-485 to provide w-2 and tax returns. DO I need provide transcripts from IRS for the tax returns or is it sufficient to provide the tax return copy that the tax filing software prints. Any one who had a similar RFE please share your exprience. Thanks

NO LUDs at all! Hi all, I don't have any LUD change in my 485 appl after my notice date. I see everyone getting atleast one LUD after their FP. Anybody in same situation as mine? Any ideas why there would be no LUDs at all!. Thanks

I 140 approved Hi all, After almost a month of wait after we replied for the RFE, I got the mail yesterday that I 140 is approved :D . I wish everyone else good luck who are in the same boat as I was. Now, I am into the next wait category.

Hi Guys, My Luds changed upto the 22nd of march and then stopped. Looks like there a couple of us (actually more than couple) who are in the same situation. I am just tired of checking the status everyday. I don't know when it is going to be :confused:

Hi Kishore, I am in the same boat as you. Look at my signature , I have the same LUDs as you. I am just hoping for best. Let me know, if something comes up on your end.

you should see a LUD, message change and email once INS receives the RFE reply. Now, how soon? it depends on the postal service. Mine took about a week after we sent the reply. Hope this helps.

I140 LUDs Hi , After replying to the RFE, I140 has LUDS on 3/16(recd dt) , 3/17(?), 3/18 (?) with no message change. Can someone please predict based on the experience where my application is heading. Can't stand the tension. Check my signature for more details. Thanks.
