how many days to see approval/RFE/denial after LUD change(s) for 140?

Can some one shed some light....

My company has responded to the ability to pay on 03/29/2005, and noticed the LUD changes from 03/30,03/31, 04/01 .... is this normal before approval??


EB3 Labor sub (MAR, 2004) -- VSC
FP1 on 11/2004
I-140 LUD 12/14/2004,12/28/2005 , RFE 01/06/05 responded on 03/28, LUD 03/30,03/31,04/01.
I485 LUD 12/07,12/14/2004.

Pretty much same LUD changes on my case too..

Previously I have tried to see the pattern.
It can take anything from 1 week to 6 weeks for common cases.

Hello Positive4GC,

My RFE (01/06/2005) was on ability to Pay, USCIS needed the reviewed financial statements from the date the Labor was filed, ie., 2001 THRU 2003/2004. My company got their financial statements revied by CPA and sent in response on 03/28/2005. Let me know if you need furhter details.
 
LUD changed 3 days in a row after replying to RFE. Can someone please comment as to what I may expect based on the LUD changes?

Hi Guys,

My Luds changed upto the 22nd of march and then stopped. Looks like there a couple of us (actually more than couple) who are in the same situation. I am just tired of checking the status everyday. I don't know when it is going to be :confused:

You may soon here an approval for both. All the best.

You may also get your approval soon. I feel we'll see lot of approvals this month. As this month is the start of a new quarter, we may see more approvals. Also the EB3 PDs may move. Hope for the best!!!

I am also in the same boat. Check my signature. Waiting........Not sure what's going on.
 
After responding 140 RFE , LUD changed many times(Please see my signature below), I recieved finger print notices on 2/14/05 for 3/1/05.

1. Does this mean my 140 is going to be approved
2. Is there any relation between 140 and 485 interms of finger print notices
what I mean is , LUDs on 140/485 changed at the same time after replying to RFE, I am assuming if my 140 is denied they won't send finger print notices, does this make sense?

it been almost 3 months no news, can you guys predict my case?

Same thing happened to me when my RFE was replied. LUD changes on both 140 & 485. For me, it changed couple of times before the concurrent approval.

I guess there is no relation between finger prints and 140.
