how many days to see approval/RFE/denial after LUD change(s) for 140?

It takes around 2weeks to reflect on LUD.
 
Thanks Assur for the response.....but i have seen some signature of other guys and they have it as RFE responded and after a day or two they had LUD with msg saying that RFE response recieved.

I have replied to my RFE on Apr 14th and till date (Apr 20) there is no LUD change on my I140.....just wondering if someone had similar situation before or are in now.
 
Just got emails stating that they have recieved the RFE response and have started working on it......previous msg i wrote and submitted to forum....within seconds i saw emails from USCIS.....with change in LUD only on I-140

Hi Everyone,

I responded to an RFE (ability to pay) for my I-140 on 3/30 (see dates below) and my I-140 LUD changed on 3/31, 4/1 and 4/4; message changed to RFE response received.

Meanwhile I did my FP on 4/2 after which my I-1485 LUD and message changed (to FP received) on 4/13.

Today, I again saw a change in the LUD of my I-140 as well as EAD (renewal approved last month) and AP (approved last year). Does this possibly suggest that a denial is on the way? I am quite worried... if anyone has seen this pattern or knows what it might mean, please let me know.

My case is in similar pattern only difference is that you have EAD and AP approved. I also got RFE on ability to pay last month and we responded back with help of UN. In my case the adjusticator did calculation mistake and came up with negative numbers. But for me now since last two days LUD has changed only on 140. Yesterday they recieved the RFE Response. Today also I have another LUD on 140.

My dout is that VSC has set aside some cases in fashion of approving 140 first and then going in for EAD, AP, FP and 485. what do you think on it.

Folks, report a good news about my 140. I have been looking at this thread for a long time, it's time to contribute my case. Thanks for all the good posts, they gave me hope in this long trip...

Anyway, it seems to me, approval happened right after two weeks.

Looks like mine is also same date range. But you have more LUDs. What was RFE about?

It's famous "ability to pay...", USCIS asked about the tax return and stuff, my laywer took a week to collect all the info, but took him 6 weeks to file it(they are lazy aren't they?)...

I guess we are in same boat...only difference is you have done FP. Also there is one more LUD today on my 140......dont know what is going to happen or what is happening

Pallu2004 - Yes, I think approving I-140 before approving pending EAD/APs appears to be a general trend in the forum in the cases of RFEs. However, note that my EAD2 was renewed several weeks AFTER they issued I-140 RFE. So, with USCIS, you never know :rolleyes:

looks like USCIS is hyper-active in your case (LUD on saturday too!!) :) I think it's a good sign...!
 
One more LUD on my 140 . But message remain same. Check my signature.
What does it mean? Any prediction whats going on? :confused:

I never got the 140 approved message on the USCIS status check site but i got the 140 approved and my lawyer sent the approval notice. I still don't see the message change on the uscis website...

Same day(04/22/05), my EAD renewal got approved. I am thinking that it will be a good sign. I am not sure it is a coincindent.

I am also in the same situation like yours.....last LUD on my 140 was on 04/22 and there is no activity today......any guess of how much time they take to give decision once we have replied back to RFE. My RFE was due to silly mistake by the officer in calculation of net current assets.

Pallu2004,
Your situation is different. Once you replied the RFE, it will take 2 or 3 or 4 LUD happens. After that, 2 to 4 weeks or may be longer, it should get Approved/denial. Usually this is the pattern I have observed in many cases.
In my case, After 2 weeks, there is a LUD but there is no change in the message, that is what worrying me. Let us wait and see. I will keep you updated.

It is a really a big releif now. My 140 got approved today. LUD is on 04/25/2005.
This case will give some help on LUD changes.
There is no LUD on my 485.
Any way I was pulled into the retrogression. I will have to wait for another 6months or more to wait for my turn.

congrats srinij77......ur approval gives me some hope......from today morning i have checked the case status 10 to 15 times hoping to see some LUD.....but there is none so far......but as u also got an LUD on 04/22 and approval on 04/25....i am also hoping to get an email today or sometime later..

As I mentioned in the previous message, according to your signature, RFE recevied by INS is 04/20. You may see the more LUDs. You will have to wait for minimum of 2 weeks to see your approval.
