my AVM changed to process resumed my WAC# is WAC-02-087-xxxxx we(me and my wife) did our fp on june 3(schduled date) AVM changed to &quot;On june 11 your fp received...&quot; does that mean my fp quality is clear? did anyone got second fp after AVM changed to process resumed?

RFE for EAD my laywer left a message today saying that the RFE received is straight forward and they will respond to it today.(they did\'nt tell what the RFE for) Since they don\'t need my input i am assuming it is not for sig. cards or photos... I hope INS will approve it once they receive...

i got an RFE I submitted my EAD application along with i-485 in jan 2002, i did not submit signature card. AVM says &quot;on may 31st we requested additional info...&quot;. i did not receive RFE yet but i am assuming it is for sig. cards.

should be.. Only CSC is(was) approving sept cases. VSC is doing aug. TSC and NSC are way behind. ofcourse this just a guess.

i had same situation before i lost my 1997 W2 and i got RFE at i-140 stage requesting the same, the company does\'nt have copy of it. so they got a copy from IRS it took almost 3 weeks to get it from IRS. hope this helps:-)

i guess you are right PCee but it is damn frustating. waiting for 5.5 years...struggling to keep legal status...bad economy...stupid antics of sponsering company... i hope at the end its all worth the pain and tension. i find some solace on this board. i wish all of us get our GC\'s soon :-)

i don\'t understand this.. do you think the real bad people(terrorists) will wait patiently for 5 and 1/2 years for their GC before blowing up things? this security check does\'nt make any sense for GC related process...

fp\'s are issued as per location people in LA or SFO gets them in one month of filing i485 where as people in oakland or san jose gets fp\'s in 4 to 5 months. i think approvals mostly depends on ND, again with INS anything can happen.

did you get your receipts recently? if so then don\'t worry, it may be because AVM is not updated, try it after a week or so
