You should be fine. We gave ours early in Charlotte. We had our appointments in the first and second weeks of Oct'2004 but were able to give the FPs on 09/11/2004. ------------------------- I-140, I-485 RD : 12/04/03 FP : 09/11/2004

Since you said the 140 status is not changed, I am wondering if that could be related to your Medicals/Birth Certficate/Marriage Certficate etc. Even Education might be the reason.... Just a thought though..... Keep us posted with details when U recieve them...... *-------------------*...
