Yesterday, I received an e-mail from USCIS that, my I-140 has been approved. Today, I got another mail that my I-485 was approved, too. Both approval dates were 12/21/2004. It has been a long waiting since last May but that worthy of it.

Thanks everyone in this forum, and I did benefit a lot from sharing information. Wishing all of you for a happy holiday season! Here are my details:

I-140 ND: 5/5/2003 NIW LUD: 12/18/2003 AD: 12/21/2004
I-485 ND: 12/17/2003 LUD: 11/15/2004 AD: 12/21/2004
FD Date: 11/2/2004

Mine is similar to your filing dates, FP done on 11/6 /04 and no update.

140 - RD: 12/12/03 - 375 DAYS OVER AND STILL SWEATING !

Yes. The LUD for my I-485 had changed into 11/15/2004 from 12/17/2003 on the same day after I gave my FP on 11/2/2004. But the LUD for my I-140 was changed into 12/18/2003 from 5/5/2003 immediately after I submitted my I-485 on 12/17/2003.

I have been working in a Medical School in Tennessee, and thus my case is based on NIW. Here is my detail:

I-140 ND: 5/5/2003 LUD: 12/18/2003 AD: 12/21/2004
I-485 ND: 12/17/2003 LUD: 11/15/2004 AD: 12/21/2004
FP Date: 11/2/2004
