Hi All

trying to track how many case has been approved with NOTICE DATE Dec, 2003
please share as much info as you can.
 
I like your name - GCHunger. Mine is GCDays as we never know how many days this hunger will be satisfied.

My dates are similar.

EB3, RIR, TSC, PD: Sep 2001
140 - RD: 12/12/03, LUD: 11/2/04
485 - RD: 12/31/03 NO LUD
FP: 11/6/04
EAD 1. AP1 - AD: 2/20/04
EAD 2, AP2 - RD: 12/6/04, LUD: ON 12/8, 12/10, 12/13/04

Overdue and yet no reply !!

No LUD updates for I140
I140 applied on 11/12/2003 LUD 1/07/2004
I485 applied on 12/31/2004 LUD 11/19/2004
FP1 - 11/06/04 (did early FP actual date was 12/04)

I-485 : Dec/22/2003
FP : Nov/06/2004

No updates in LUD column .

This is what we call " sailing in the same unlucky boat - Dec 2003 "

LUD or no LUD on 140 - I know many cases which got approved with no LUD.

Many cases which had LUD on 140 on 11/2 got approved with PD after me.

So looks like we must have LUCK and keep praying.

I had no LUD on 485 even after 1 month of my FP ( did earlier FP ) while FBI sent the results on 11/6, the same day.

I wish I know how TSC or USCIS works ? I am at a loss !!

I am in the same boat too.... and I've recieved the 485 approvals today. Hope to see all your approvals soooooon.....
 
it seems USCIS is touching in around December 2003 cases seen few approval today.

hope we all get that magic email before next year.
