I have been seeing a lot of approvals for march and just want to put forth a theory. Is it true that EB2 march filers are getting approvals without RFE while EB3 get a RFE. This is just a theory. To dis-prove this i would like to see some EB3 approvals without RFE. Cheers, -Krishna

No Title un-paid leave is fine as far as being on the payroll is concerned but the biggest problem of i485 is the RFE ( request for evidence ) that you will get. at that time you have to show employment letter and pay stubb so being on leave dosent help. Good Luck
