Hi Guys,
I have completed 180 days of my receipt notice today.
There are no regulations on whether the days count from RD or ND so I plan to stick to company until ND+180 Days in case.

any ideas?

it is RD+180 days and not ND+180 days. This has been confirmed and re-confirmed and confirmed again by many people on this board. ALso one of the tricks of the ACT21 180 day rule is that your application should not be processed before 180 days and thats it. so in other words there are many people who changed jobs before finishing 180 days and still managed to get their GC because there application was not procesed before 180 days.

It is RD+180

However it doesn\'t matter now. If you have a job you better stick to it, it is pretty bad out there. I know some people with GC also waiting for 3-6 months to get a job (ofcourse well expereinced guys).
