Here is a list of 485 Aporil RD waiters, I prepared from the last thread.
Please post if you want me to add yours to this list.

Still waiting. I\'m surprised that only five April filers left. Shall we do something?

 
 
i think our cases are stuck in some basket these INS really sucks..all we can do is

wait ...talking to an IIO does not help anything....
 
IS PD is delaying our cases ?

can you guys put your PD also, its possible that all of us have old PD\'s which might have gone back in the month of march
 
What is the relationship between PD and AD?

How PD affects I-485 processing? Can somebody explain this?
 
PD and AD relationship

As i understand it , i-485 application is processed only if your PD is current. The PD dates ( also known as Visa availability dates) are published every month. You can file I-485 only if your PD is current. some times your PD might be current while your are filing for I-485 but after that it could go back ( or retrogress ) and hence INS wont pick up your case again till the PD becomes current again.

I agree with NJite...

Sharing our agony is a way of letting our frustration out. Do you guys think we all are going to get RFE ? Seems like not very many people with April RD.
