Finally the message changed I just received a mail saying that USCIS received my FP review bla bla .....

Called USCIS & FBI FBI person informed me that they sent the result to INS on the next day itself (04/15/05) and USCIS person didn't have anything to tell me other that the online status message. Thanks Sammy.

Labor approved. PD 08/10/01 (NY) . Got the approval last week. No info on state approval date.

My lawyer didn’t get any notification from SESA that my case was moved to DOL. She was keep on telling me that the case was still in SESA. It was a surprise, she got approval letter from DOL last week.

Finally!!! Finally my lawyer notified that my labor has been certified.My pd is 08/10/01. gl guys.

Still in NY SESA My pd is 08/10/2001 and my lawyer updated the status today saying that the case is still with state DOL. :confused:

waiting waiting .............. My labor was filed on Aug10 2001 and my lawyer says that my case is still in state. But the web site says that they are processing sep 2001 cases. I am really confused. Anyone else has similar issues? Thanks guys.
