Correct. wheaton should accept an FP notice issued by Baltimore center. Infact with the notice they give you a sheet where you can take the fp's. Baltimore wheaton or estern shore Regards, 485someday

Glenmd: Thanks for posting your expierence. I found it to be valuable info. More than that it gives me some patience to wait another 4-6 months. My case was transferered on Sep 13th, 2004 from CSC. 485someday

No freeviews..My spouse (deravative) did her 2nd FP in Aug 2004 and my case got transferered and I still haven't done my 2nd FP. Lawyer has suggested filing for next AP & EAD (which is expiring in Jan, 2005 in local office) which may trigger I-485 application. Regards, 485someday
