SK, I travelled to India via Paris, France by Air India. My scenario: I-485 pending with AP. I didn't have to take Transit Visa, as I didn't get out of the flight. If you have to change flights, then you need a Transit VISA. Hope this helps. SUNDARK

AP transit VISA best bet will be AI via France. In layover at Paris, flight re-fuels .... AP passenger can remain inside....with no need for a Airport Transit VISA.....

nsharma, mine is same....LUD 7/8/2004 but still says that FP1 is recd and processing resumed.....
