2nd FP notice to Oct-2002 filers

:) Yesterday, I received a call from my Attorney's office that they received 2nd FP notice for me and spouse, to appear at Arlington, VA office on 06/17/04. Interestingly, this coincides 1 month after the LastUpdateDate of '05/17/04' for my 485 files and the message still says 'FP results received on 12/17/02.....'.

My question is can I wait until 6/17 or can I appear earlier to that date? and also is there any advantage going early???

Did you receive a copy of the FP notice at your residential address too?

did you receive your first FP to yuor home or lawyer.my notice dates are also close to yours.i received my first one to my home address.
 
Yes, you are right. I received FP1 from INS to my home address and another from the attorney. I dont know this time the FP2 got it from attorney only, INS dt 6/6. I had an address change 8 months ago, but got the 2nd EAD/AP to the new address. May be it is still coming through the mail.

I received my FP2 notice on Saturday (6/12). My receipt date is pretty much the same as others here. So it looks like most of the late Oct'02 guys are getting FP2 now.
 
could not succed in pre-poning FP2

Hi guys,
So happy know that all the Oct-2002 485 filers getting the FP2 notices. Last Saturday I tried to do it earlier than the scheduled date in Arlington, VA ASC, but the receptionist didnot let us in and asked to show up the prescribed date (how greedy an I? huh...). Anyway couple of more days to wait and it doesnt matter as long as they are working on the cases.
Let us hope it will move in the same spirit!!

Does any one know how many days will it take to get FP results by bcis?

I got the the FP2 Notice at home and to my lawyer.

My Details:

ND: Oct 31 2002
FP1: Dec 15 2002
FP2: June 16 2004
EAD1: March 2003
EAD2: April 2004

Recd FP2 notice through the lawyers

I got my FP2 notice thru the lawyers. Looks like everyone filing in Oct 2002 is getting FP2 notification. How much more time before the approval????

Rule number 1 in this forum : Don't try to point your fingers at people who are here for much longer than you (unless provoked by them). This should answer your question. Wait and watch. Everything and everybody will become clear to you.

How many of us get the GC approval after the 2nd FP? :D I know IsGCtheKey got for himself and waiting on his wife!!

Interestingly my LUD is not changing after 6/25/04!!

mine is same....LUD 7/8/2004 but still says that FP1 is recd and processing resumed.....

:confused: My LUD changed 3rd time after 2nd FP on 6/17!! No idea what is going on? No change in the msg!!!
