When should I start panicing?

ND Aug/Sept 2002, FP2 in May, Last Update June 1st, Case status no change, EAD3 in progress.

When should I feel panicing and start calling CIA, FBI, INS, Congressmen ... ...?

Not yet. Even though it would seem that everyone but you has gotten approved, bare in mind there are still a lot of cases from early 2002 and even late 2001. I would expect some movement in the next month and a half, three months seems to be a high limit number regarding movement after FP2. There are also people with LUDs from 2002, 2003 and people that have gotten transfers after the exact same or longer wait than you, so... not quire yet...
 
Panicking does not help you in any way at all. Just relax and your day will be here sooner than you might have thought.
