I think, they are having some techincal difficulties today. Online acces is very very slow and was not able to pull out any information for my wife, but when I continued to try, finally my wife status showed up as before...So don't sweat... :cool:

Guys..This question has been bugging me and would like to get inputs on this. What is the length/duration for which your medical holds valid that everyone submits with 485 papers. Is it similar to FP criteria of 15 months.??? Thoughts.....????

I have seen few cases of my friends where they have asked for W2 , salary slips and tax return papers. I am guessing, they do this, if they suspect that applicant has changed jobs and has not disclosed this to USCIS.

There is no rule of thumb , as far as I know that only Attorney can receive the RFE notice. I recvd. it myself & I have seen others friends of mine that have directly recvd. it too... My status changed & I recvd. the RFE in mail in 4 days Thanks ------------------------------------------...
