September 2002 Case RFE Issued to Applicant

Hello Guys;
I have recvd. a RFE for my Sept. 2002 case. I am attaching the exact text from the RFE letter itself. I am planning to respond to this RFE on my own since my attorney is busy and would not respond to my emails.

Guys, pl. help me and share your thoughts. I really appreciate any help.

I am not sure about “ what the contents should be for employment letter from employer” PLEASE HELP ME & POINT ME TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION AS TO WHAT I SHOULD HAVE for EMPOLYEMENT LETTER. ANY SUCCESSFUL FORMATS , THAT MIGHT HAVE WORKED FOR OTHER APPLICANTS……

I am planning to include following documents in my response to the RFE….
PLEASE SUGGEST
1) Cover letter
2) Employment letter from Employer
3) Last 2 months salary slips
4) Last 2 years W2 forms

Please suggest, if I have missed something….Thanks a bunch in advance… Pl. share the emplymt. letter format.

Since they have asked for only employment letter just provide one.
Search for employment letter in this forum. I think you don't need to provide any W2 or Pay stubs.
May me wait till monday to get any aditional info.

Did your online got updated or you just received the Ref letter.
I thought only the attorney gets the Ref letter not the applicant.

Is my assumption correct forum memebers.
 
There is no rule of thumb , as far as I know that only Attorney can receive the RFE notice. I recvd. it myself & I have seen others friends of mine that have directly recvd. it too...

My status changed & I recvd. the RFE in mail in 4 days

I have gone through the format & appreciate your response.
But I still see that format as a half response, because it does not say any thing about

- proffered ( future offer ) position
- proffered ( future offer ) wages.....

Which USCIS is after ( Since GC is for future employment ).

I guess, I am looking for a couple statements "politically corrrect", which my employer will not be hesitant to put in black & white.

Any Ideas ?
 
I have read couple of threads in the AC21 category with employment letter format. You may find some useful information there.

Did you do second fingerprint or just one?
